The following, which was held over from the May 6, 2005, calendar                                   
(page 1689), was read the third time:                                                               
                                                                                                    
    SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16                                                                  
    Supporting legislation before the United States Congress that                                   
   reaffirms the right of the states to regulate hunting and fishing.                              
                                                                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall SJR 16 pass the House?"  The roll was
